We’re hiring! 1st Line Support Analyst

We’re hiring! RHM are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • First line troubleshooting for lines, broadband, VoIP and mobile
  • Mobile device support experience preferred however not essential
  • Dealing with end user customers, service providers and telecom network operators
  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn from colleagues
  • Must be a good team player and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills, time and task management, with a managed approach to problem solving essential
  • Full training to support our range of telecoms services will be provided
  • Hours:  Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:00
  • Competitive salary  DOE
