I need reliable billing that I understand

RHM has invested in its own in-house billing platform and team. This means we have complete control over how we construct your bill and the language we use. This enables us to deliver clean, understandable, reliable bills.

I want to ensure we have good service

RHM has a dedicated helpdesk that will support you across the whole product range. You won’t find yourself in a queue when you contact, because we believe in building good relationships with our customers and are dedicated to supporting your business.

I expect someone to manage my account

RHM always gives customers a named account manager. In most cases this will be the same person that dealt with your sales enquiry giving you continuity pre/post sale. We offer desk based or field account management and sometimes a combination of both to suit your needs.

I need a partnership that takes our service delivery seriously

RHM believes in a team approach. As well as building relationships with our helpdesk team, your Account Director and RHM’s Operations Director will also take an active role in your service support. We work together helping you to deliver the very best service to your customers.
